Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship throughout the United States.

How long is the shipping process?

 All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is usually 5-7 business days, there may be faster shipping options available. Please keep in mind that sometimes things happen and there may be delays with the shipping courier. Copper Skin Beauty is not responsible in the event of any delays once the order is shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

 Once an order is placed and enters the processing stage, we are no longer able to cancel or make changes to your order. If you have not received a processing email, then there's a good chance we have not yet entered the processing stage. In that case please email us as soon as possible at (Coppersbeauty24@gmail.com) and we will try our best to accommodate any changes.

Do your products contain any preservatives?

 Although most of our products are preservative free, our body polishes do contain a preservative in them. This is because our polishes are most likely to come in contact with water which can contaminate the product. The preservative helps to prevent the spread of bacteria.

Are your products Cruelty free?

 Yes, there were NO animals harmed during the testing of our products.

Are your products all Natural?

 Yes, all of our products are made up of all natural ingredients.
