We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on our skincare products due to sanitation purposes.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at Coppersbeauty24@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Please keep in mind we are a small business,if you call and do not receive an answer leave a message and we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs.
